In attendance:  Joe Patricke, Jim Flanders, Dan Orsini, Rich Sheldon, Niki Baker

Meeting was called to order by president Joe Patricke at 7:30 am.

Motion was made by Dan Orsini for new officers and directors.  The motion was to keep the officers and 4 directors the same.  The directors would be Roy, Tom, Joe, and Rich – Debbie Erwin has been dropped.  The motion was seconded by Jim Flanders and passed with a unanimous vote.

Treasurer’s Report was received and approved on a motion by Rich Sheldon, seconded by Joe Patricke, unanimously approved.

New Business

Website Updating – Minutes not on website since they were not sent by the secretary.  Questions on printability due to color were discussed.  There are sizing issues with being able to print onto one page.  There is currently not a counter on the page for tracking hits.  Niki Baker followed up the questions at the meeting on her cell phone to Garth.  Garth stated that the color and sizing issues were okay on his computer.  Information on mixer will be posted on the website.  A featured member section will be added.

October Mixer – October mixer will be Friday, October 26th from 5 – 7pm at Tee-Bird north.  Flyer will be mailed to the members
