Call to Order: The meeting was held at the Peppermill Restaurant at 7:30 am with President Roy McEnerney presiding. Attending Directors and Members were Secretary, Jeanne Doin, Treasurer Jim Flanders, Dante Orsini, Joe Patricke, John Murphy and Nikki Baker.

Approval of Minutes: A motion to approve the minutes from the previous directors meeting 6/11/03 was submitted by Dante Orsini and seconded by Joe Patricke. All in favor; the motion passed.

Approval of Treasurer’s Report: The Treasurer’s Report was read and accepted with no changes. Motion to approve by Joe Patricke and seconded by Nikki Baker. All in favor; the motion passed.

Committee Reports:

Membership: Jim Flanders brought certificates for the new members. Roy McEnerey said he would deliver them. Jim will be sending out a letter to both new and old prospects for membership. Roy will check with Todd at ARCC to see how we get our money in the case of a joint membership.

Community Action: John Murphy is working on getting the calendar on the web site.

Golf Tournament: There were 76 golfers at the annual golf tournament which was a resounding success and a great time was had by all. Next year will be the 15th year. It was suggested that some extra effort be put into this Anniversary Outing. It’s the 3rd Friday in August. Save the day.

Nominations: Dante will calling a meeting in September for the Nominating Committee.

Annual Dinner: Joe Patrick will be assisted by Nikki Baker with the arrangement for this annual Dinner Dance.

Map: There was discussion of having a new map printed. Roy will contact the company and get information.

Evergreen Parade: The parade will be November 23rd. No personal involvement by the Chamber but donations to others floats will be entertained.
